1. Overview

The information within our website, brochures and other marketing material has been compiled with care and is provided in good faith. However, it is subject to change and does not form part of the contract between the customer and Endless Vietnam Travel (a.k.a Endless Vietnam). When making a booking with Endless Vietnam, you agree in full to the following conditions.

2. Quoted Prices

All prices quoted are subject to change due to fluctuations in the exchange rates or additional government fees, which may be imposed at any time. However, we will not revise the cost of a trip already confirmed.

3. Payment & Tour Confirmation

Upon making your reservation our team will follow up within 24 hours via email with an invoice and the payment request.

Please review your invoice and the payment link to ensure they match the services booked, and submit your payment. You will have 72 hours to make the full payment otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. You can make payment via Visa or MasterCard in Vietnamese Dong.

4. Cancellations

4.1. For join-in tours

For 10-day tours and longer: To confirm the booking, you will be asked to pay 100% of the tour price. If a written cancellation request is received and acknowledged at least 30 days before tour departure, a full refund of the service will be processed. If cancellation notice is received and acknowledged at least 15 days before the departure, an amount of 50% of the payment will be refunded. If the cancellation notice is received and acknowledged less than 14 days before the departure, there will be no refund.

For 9-day tours and shorter: To confirm the booking, you will be asked to pay 100% of the tour price. You may cancel the trip 14 days prior to the departure date and receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made less than 13 days but more than 7 days prior to the departure day, 50% refund will be made. For cancellations less than 7 days before the tour date, no refund will be given.

4.2 For private tours and group tours

If a written cancellation request is received and acknowledged more than 30 days before tour departure, a full refund of the service will be processed. If cancellation notice is received and acknowledged at least 15 days before the departure, an amount of 50% of the payment will be refunded. If the cancellation notice is received and acknowledged less than 14 days before the departure, there will be no refund.

4.3. Cancellation due to force majeure events

In case of, the force majeure events e.g. natural disasters, storms, floods, earthquakes, fires, wars, terrorism, disease. Oxalis is taking it right to unilaterally cancel its services. Endless Vietnam will process the refund of 100% of the value tour that the customer has paid. Endless Vietnam will not hold the responsibility for related costs (e.g. travel expenses, air tickets, hotel room booked etc.).

5. Tour Departure

All tours require a minimum number of guests to depart and your booking will not be confirmed if the minimum number of guests is not reached. Endless Vietnam reserves the right to cancel any tour should the group size fall below the minimum numbers required. Alternative dates will be made available. Should this option be unacceptable, a full refund of all payments will constitute full settlement.

6. Privacy

Endless Vietnam respects your privacy. We will only collect personal information that is relevant to your travel arrangements. We will protect the privacy of the information you provide us and only pass it to third parties such as hotels and local authorities when that information is necessary to fulfill your travel arrangements. In providing this information to us, you consent to Endless Vietnam using this personal information for the purpose of making and completing arrangements with related services.
